Goretzka joined Bayern on a free transfer from FC Schalke in 2018. Since then he has won three championships with the Munich team, triumphed in the Champions League and won the DFB Cup twice.
“The team, the club and the environment are not only highly professional, but also familiar. This mixture is one of the keys to the success of this club. I am very happy that I was able to extend my contract early until 2026, ”said Goretzka.
