The Dodgers announced that they have activated left-hander Clayton Kershaw from the disabled list. The veteran was scheduled to pitch for Los Angeles on Monday against the Diamondbacks.
Kershaw was placed on the disabled list on July 7 due to a sore pitching elbow.

In 18 starts in 2021, he is 9-7 with a 3.39 ERA, 127 strikeouts and just 19 walks in 106.1 innings.
To make room for Kershaw on the active roster, the Dodgers designated outfielder Steven Souza Jr. for assignment.
