In Pont-l’Abbé, the judo section of the Amicale laïque is back on the tatami mats – Pont-l’Abbé

The judo section of the Amicale laïque, led by Denis Simon (president), returned to the tatami mats on September 11. Same training day, Saturday morning, same trainer, Bruno Lemoine, and the same desire to share his passion for one of the association’s flagship activities. The only notable change: due to the installation of the vaccination center at the Kerarthur sports hall (and the renovation work that will follow), the dojo is transferred to 29 rue Pasteur.

The Amicale laïque offers courses for all ages and all levels: Saturdays from 9:30 am to 10:15 am: children 4-6 years old; Saturday 10:15 am to 11:15 am: children 7-11 years old; Saturday from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.: over 11 years old and adults.

“In this course, I offer“ healthy judo ”to adults, says Bruno Lemoine. We work on flexibility, muscle strengthening, cardio. It’s a good way to resume physical activity, whether or not you have already practiced judo ”.
