In Plogastel, the club relaunches its judo activity for young people – Plogastel-Saint-Germain

Saturday afternoon, Plogastel Sports Loisirs (PSL) launched the first judo session of the year at the Salle du Leurré. A dynamic recovery that evacuates the dark hours, during which the association had to make the round back.

The club is getting off to a good start with a clearer health horizon. In any case, enthusiasm reigned on the tatami during the exercises offered to young judokas by the judo teacher Nicolas Maigné. For the moment, the number of judokas is smaller than before the covid, “We then had about thirty young people present”, specifies Laurent Brinkhuysen president of PSL.

Judo lessons take place on Saturday afternoons in the multipurpose room of Leurré, 1:30 p.m. for children aged seven and over, 2:30 p.m. for children aged 5 to 6 and 3:30 p.m. for awakening to judo 4-5 year olds. The PSL judo club works in partnership with that of Pluguffan, the 7 years old and over benefit from replacement or additional sessions at the dojo of Pluguffan.
