Estonia keeps Wales under control and helps Red Devils like this | UEFA 2022 World Cup Qualifiers

If Wales had any hopes of keeping the Red Devils from group wins, that hope has been shattered. In the first half against Estonia, the home team even escaped a deficit: Kait hit the bar.

After the break it became one-way traffic towards Estonia’s goal, but goalkeeper Karl Hein stood firm. The 19-year-old Arsenal reserve goalkeeper saved attempts by Bale and Roberts.

And when he had to give in to Bale’s shot, the post came to his rescue. In the final phase, the ball did not fall well for Wales, which had already escaped a loss of points in Belarus last Sunday.

So it remained 0-0 and Wales is already facing a gap of 9 points. Even though Wales has played 2 games less than Belgium, the chances of directly qualifying for a World Cup for the first time since 1958 seem slim.
