Venezuelan David Peralta took to the streets on Wednesday and is approaching 100 home runs in his career.
Peralta, who is in one of his worst seasons in terms of average, opened the board with his 8th home run of the season.
The outfielder hit a fastball cut at 87 miles per hour and disappeared into right field at Chase Field.

The Creole, who has 98 home runs in his career, finished the day 4-1 and has a .261 batting average.
Notably, his lowest average season was in 2016 when he hit .251.
For their part, the DBacks could not sustain the difference that Peralta’s home run gave them and fell 8 runs to 5.
