Judo, taïso and self – defense lessons resume in Seissan after a very long period of inactivity due to the health situation. It is in a renovated room that Professor Patrice Baque, 6th Dan State Graduate Professor, will teach this discipline from Japan whose moral and educational values for children are no longer to be presented.
The lessons take place at the dojo of the village hall, rue Gambetta at the following times:
Monday : 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. for the taïso gym and from 7:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. for self-defense (lessons provided by Philippe Mesnard 3rd Dan holder of the CQP martial arts instructor); Tuesday: for judo awakening for 4-5 year olds, from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. then the means (from 6 years old) from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. and finally teenagers and adults from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
