Arnaud Aregba (-81 kg), European n ° 9, first beat Bernd Fasching on ippon before winning after 2 minutes in the golden score against Bright Maddaloni Nosa. In the quarterfinals, he beat Daniil Dranovskii on ippon. He did not drag in the semifinals: 20 seconds for an ippon against Adam Kopecky.
