Tunisia enters archery this Friday

Tunisia’s participation in the Tokyo Olympic Games (24 July / 8 August), will begin this Friday at 1 a.m. (Tunisian time). And this with the discipline of archery, of which this is the first participation in olympics.

The duo Rihab Al Walid and Mohamed Hammed will compete in the individual and mixed doubles events.

On Saturday, it will be the turn of table tennis players Fadoua Fersi and Adam Hmam to enter the preliminary rounds of the table tennis tournament, respectively against the Mongolian Bolorerdene Batmunkh and the Ukrainian Lei Kou.

For its part, the Tunisian selection (senior boys) will begin its seventh participation in the Olympics, facing defending Brazil, at 2:00 am (HT) on behalf of the first day of group B, also formed by Argentina. , the United States, France and Russia.

Pistol shooting will also be on the program of the Tunisian participation during this second day of the Olympics, with Aala Othmani in the qualifiers for the 10m compressed air pistol event and the young taekwondoist Khelil Jendoubi (-58 kg), who will be opposed in the round of 16 to Russian Mikahail Artamonov, who participates in the Olympic Games under a neutral banner. .

In rowing, the Tunisian duo Nour Al Houda Ettaieb and Khedija Krimi will defend the Tunisian colors, in the competition of the lightweight pair – women.
