Paralympic Games live at the NOS
At the NOS you can follow the performances of the Dutch athletes in Tokyo live. Four different live streams can be followed every day from 2 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. We know exactly what can be seen on these live streams a day in advance. We will keep you informed of this every day in the Wake Up Service and the Review.

On NPO 1, there will be a NOS News from 8 p.m. every day a Paralympic Journal in which Herman van der Zandt highlights the most important and remarkable moments.
A few hours later, at 10 p.m. on NPO 2, Van der Zandt talks to various studio guests in a 25-minute program. He is assisted by sidekicks Jiske Griffioen, Marc van de Kuilen and Simon Boer.
