BOLASPORT.COM – Ranomi Kromowidjojo, a Dutch swimmer with Javanese blood, feels proud even though he is only in fourth place in the 50 meters freestyle individual final, Sunday (1/8/2021).

Ranomi Kromowidjojo is only 0.09 seconds away from the medal winner in the 50 meter freestyle.

Despite only being in fourth place, Ranomi is very proud.

He described himself as the fourth place winner with the biggest smile.

“I’m very happy and grateful to be competing for the third time at the Olympics final 50 meters freestyle,” he said on Instagram.

“9 years after winning the gold medal, I have never been more proud and grateful than this fourth place.”

“I think I’m ranked fourth with the biggest smile.”

“Even coming home fourth without a medal doesn’t make me sad, I’m very happy because I tried my best,” he added.
