An unexpected defeat against France resulted in an extremely difficult set-up for the Yellow Tigers in the 1/8th finals of the European Volleyball Championship today. Against vice world champion Italy, the Belgian volleyball ladies were a size too small today. After a promising second set, the European Championship exit proved inevitable.
