The Mexicans who have hung a medal in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics – El Financiero

The mexican athletes have given us great memorable moments in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, where up to now they have nine medals in the present fair that began on August 24 and will conclude on Sunday, September 5.

The Mexican team, made up of a total of 60 athletes, it’s integrated by 29 women and 31 men, who have competed in athletics, boccia, equestrian, judo, swimming, powerlifting, rowing, taekwondo, table tennis, archery, and triathlon.

But who are the warriors who have hung a medal in the Paralympic summer joust? So far Mexico has a total of nine medals, of which 3 are gold, one silver and five bronze. Know who they are:


1. Fabiola Ramírez (bronze)

4. Jesús Hernández (gold)

13. José Rodolfo Chessani (gold)

The 22-year-old sprinter from Veracruz achieved a time of 49.99 seconds, his personal best, placing Mexico in 17th place on the Paralympic medal table in the Japanese capital.
