The Argentines will have a day 11 of super action at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Although there will no longer be a chance to win medals, the Argentine basketball and volleyball teams will face Australia and Italy, respectively, in search of reaching the semifinals.
The day started at 22 with the participation in canoeing of Agustín Vernice, who was eighth in the final A of the K1 1000 of canoeing and took an Olympic diploma.

Water continued to be the setting for the Argentine delegation. There, Victoria Travascio and María Sol Branz, in the 49er FX Class, won the Medal Race, although they did not depend on themselves and remained in fifth place overall, just two points from the podium, while Facundo Olezza, in Finn class, finished ninth in the Medal Race and placed seventh in the overall table.
Then, with Las Leonas in the semifinals of field hockey, two other teams will try to emulate them. From 5, the volleyball team will face Italy in the quarterfinals. And from 9 it will be the turn of the basketball team who will have to measure forces with Australia to settle in the top 4.
