Spurs Offer Lautaro IDR 1.2 T, Inter Refuse!

Milan

Tottenham Hotspur have apparently secretly approached Lautaro Martinez and have made an offer of 71 million euros to Inter Milan. Unfortunately, the Nerazzuri refused.

Tottenham are indeed looking for productive forwards to match the sharpness of Harry Kane and Son Heung-min. In addition, Tottenham are also on guard if Kane does withdraw to Manchester City.

One name that has emerged to the public is Lautaro Martinez. Incidentally, the Argentine player is also in demand by Tottenham’s rivals, Arsenal, in the transfer market this summer.

However, it was Tottenham who dared to make an offer to Inter first. They know that Inter are in a financial crisis and need a lot of money to pay players’ salaries.

Because, the owner of Inter Suning Group can’t really move much due to the prohibition of Chinese President Xi Jinping to invest money abroad.

Incidentally Inter have sold Achraf Hakimi for 60 million euros, followed by Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea for 115 million euros. Lautaro will most likely be valued at around 60-70 million euros.

Well, Tottenham even dared to offer 71 million euros or around Rp. 1.2 trillion for Lautaro to be released. Unfortunately, that desire is one-sided.

Because Lautaro’s agent Alejandro Camano ensures his client’s future is at Inter Milan. Lautaro is said to not want to leave the fashion city club.

“Lautaro is happy at Inter and also in Italy. His decision is to stay. He doesn’t want to clash with Inter just to leave. Never, Lautaro is an Inter player and feels at home here,” Camano told Calciomercato.

Inter Milan certainly cannot lose two of its flagship players on the front lines at once. Lautaro Martinez last season had 19 goals and 11 assists in all competitions.
