The Heavy Dojo resumes its activities at the Coustète dojo, boulevard du Lapacca in Lourdes, from September 3.

Starting Friday, September 3, registrations and re-registrations will be taken every Tuesday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Judo lessons are possible for children from the age of 4, born in 2017. For yoga lessons, information and registration with Ms. Périgaud on 07 86 16 94 69 or 05 62 93 54 78.
All courses taught within the club are taught by qualified teachers. Judo classes take place on Fridays and start on September 3 at 5:30 pm Taso classes start on Tuesday September 7 at 7:45 pm, and yoga classes will start on Monday September 6 at 4:30 pm.
The health pass will be required to access the municipal premises housing the judo room, for practicing adults as well as for parents wishing to register their children. From September 30, it will be required of all practitioners over 12 years old.
