Ah, stadium food. In addition to digging a gaping hole in our wallet, it too often leaves us hungry for more. Yet fans are asking for more. It’s part of the experience, it seems.
If at least we got what we paid for.
Obviously, it is worse in some places. These days, it’s SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles that is in the spotlight, in addition to drawing the wrath of fans.
After the pre-season meeting between the Chargers and the Rams disputed on Sunday, several internet users (including the sports journalist Arash Center) shared footage taken in the $ 5 billion NFL Amphitheater.
There was a lot made of the $15 pepperoni pizza at SoFi Stadium but it was a bigger issue than that. The prices and appearance of many of the food options at the stadium left many fans upset. Not very appetizing, indeed. And at $ 15 a piece, it’s not cheap.
Also, when they arrived in Los Angeles in 2017, the Chargers were charging $ 100 for a parking spot. You have to really love football to put up with all of that.
There are also worse (really?)
LA’s SoFi Stadium isn’t the only sporting venue where the food is questionable.
Here are some other dishes that will leave you with a bitter taste, even without tasting them.

Stadium food at a good price, it exists
Luckily, there are a few sports organizations out there where getting hungry doesn’t mean emptying your Celi. An example? In 2017, the Atlanta Falcons took the gamble of drastically lowering concession prices.
Even at Super Bowl LIII, the food on the menu was still affordable.
Bold. We like that.
