FERRARA HELPS ITSELF – At the link www.movingfe.com sports and disciplines that can be practiced day by day in Ferrara
The MovingFE platform, commissioned by the Municipality as part of the ‘Ferrara Si Aiuta’ project to support Ferrara instructors and gyms and to encourage physical activity and well-being of all citizens, is presented in a renewed version. In today’s press conference (Monday 2 August 2021) together with the launch of a video that promotes the possibility of doing outdoor activities in many green spaces in the Ferrara area, the possibility of using a interactive calendar available on MovingFE, through which Ferrara companies and instructors can propose their summer activities and citizens can enroll in the various courses and initiatives proposed.
The councilor for Sport took part in the meeting with the journalists Andrea Maggi, the designer of the Alpaca computer cooperative Daniele De Rosa who created the MovingFE platform for the Municipality together with the representatives of some of the sports clubs already present on MovingFE or who participated in the video: Michele Felisatti for Exercise Vita, the president of the Anffas therapeutic sports group Francesca Palazzi, the yoga instructor Marco Cavallari by Seiryoku Kan-YogAzonzo, the president of the M2-Ouverture dance gym in Melania and president of the CSI Enrico Venturini, the Aics instructor of Qi Gong and Tai Ji Quan Amedeo Vancini, the president of Ferrara Baseball as well as the president of the Fibs Federation at the regional level Edmondo Squarzanti, Patrizia Lazzari for the Soccer School of Atletico Ferrara.
The interactive sports calendar is now available on the MovingFE platform at the link https://www.movingfe.com. The calendar serves to make available the schedule of courses and sports lessons available to everyone. With the warm season it has become possible and pleasant to do physical activity even outdoors, where among other things everyone will be able to continue to do it still in presence, waiting to regularize the registrations according to what are the new ministerial indications. All companies can send their appointments with date, time, place, info on basic equipment to have and contact details (phone, email) to the email address [email protected] to be included in the calendar.
On the renewed version of MovingFE there is also a promotional video of the outdoor activity, with a representation of instructors exemplifying the wide range of disciplines practicable in Ferrara. The interactive sports calendar has been inserted on the MovingFE platform, precisely with a view to giving support to gyms and instructors to promote their courses and their initiatives, at the same time encouraging citizens to play sports. This online calendar shows – day by day – the sporting initiatives that are available in Ferrara, for example within the billboard “Garden for all” promoted by the Municipality in the Coletta Park under the skyscraper, but also those that each instructor has planned in places of his choice in the city and its hamlets.
The Municipality’s objective is therefore twofold: support sports operators who have an activity that the health emergency has put to the test for a long time e encourage people to play sports, choosing the one closest to your own predispositions, tastes, age and abilities. The message of the video, produced by the Municipality of Ferrara, is to use MovingFE to promote the many sports activities that the various instructors / gyms / sports clubs of the city offer, of which a small sample of initiatives that can be practiced in the many spaces is contained here. outdoors that are available in our city.
The video shows the names of the disciplines and companies that participated, but also the diverse location that have been used: from Parco Bassani where the Sport Office of the Municipality gives the possibility to all gyms or instructors who request it to have a space to do their courses, to the green spaces of the Walls and the sub-walls, but also to the Field school, sports fields and squares where it is possible to do activities such as skating and hockey.
Exercising and playing a sport is very important for everyone’s health and well-being. The images of the video show that in Ferrara there are many types of physical activity available, among which everyone can find the one that best suits their possibilities and inclinations. The outdoor activity, then, allows everyone to carry on their sport without constraints.
The video shows exemplary activities of practicable outdoor disciplines with the participation of the sports clubs that have made themselves available to demonstrate them: the Tchoukball asd for the tchoukball (a discipline that mixes the rules of different sports, including handball and football), Melania’s Overture for dance classical and contemporary, Seiryoku Kan-YogAzonzo for it yoga, Aics-Italian Association of Culture and Sport with the Committee Qi Gong e Tai Ji Quan for these styles and practices belonging to the Chinese martial arts, Ferrara Hockey asd for thehockey in line, the Polisportiva Putinati forathletics, Ferrara Basaball for the baseball.
