LaMarcus Aldridge is probably considering a comeback after heart problems

LaMarcus Aldridge is apparently considering making his NBA comeback after retiring due to heart problems in mid-April. That reports ESPN.

The 36-year-old announced his retirement shortly before the end of last regular season, but after extensive medical examinations, he is now examining the possibilities of continuing his 15-year NBA career, it is said.

He is supposed to meet with potential buyers in the coming weeks, but then needs approval from a team doctor in order to sign a new contract. The final decision as to whether he really wants to play again is still pending.

Aldridge said he felt an irregular heartbeat against the Lakers in April. “I put basketball first for 15 years, now it’s time to think about my health and my family,” he tweeted, announcing the end of his career.

His last career position to date was with the Brooklyn Nets, before that he had many successful years with the San Antonio Spurs and Portland Trail Blazers.

Over his career, the seven-time all-star put on 19.4 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
