LE FIGARO. – Kevin, before discussing the Tokyo Games, let’s go back to those in Rio. What memories do you have of them today?

Kevin MAYER. – I tend to have a good memory, so I remember a lot of pictures, moments. For example, I remember the hamstring pain I felt the week before the Games, which forced me not to train the few days before the competition. I thought then that it could blow during the 100m and that it would be the end of my dream. And then, the same day, I didn’t feel any pain at all and everything afterwards was close to perfection, except for the height, where my ankle hurt a little. But, overall, I remember two rather exceptional days.
