How to watch the preseason game on TV

Without Dak Prescott present at the offensive controls, the Cowboys de Dallas they will face the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first preseason game of 2021.

The game on Thursday, August 5 in Canton, Ohio, is part of the festivities leading up to the induction of those chosen to enter the NFL Hall of Fame, next Sunday.

Legends who will earn a place in the recital of immortality include former Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson, legendary Dallas wide receiver Drew Pearson and Cowboys free safety Cliff Harris.

Former Oakland Raiders head coach Tom Flores will also be inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame to become the first Hispanic-origin strategist to enter the Canton campus.

The game between the Cowboys and the Steelers is scheduled to begin at 7 pm (Dallas time) and will be broadcast on television through the Fox network.

Fox Deportes will have the game in Spanish.

The first preseason game will not feature Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, who is caring for his shoulder after feeling discomfort in practice last week.

Prescott hasn’t been on the field since Oct. 11 when he broke his ankle in Game 5 of last season against the New York Giants.
