Harry Kane double passes Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur overturned Pacos de Ferreira in the second leg of the Europa Conference League play-offs to qualify for the group stage. Harry Kane scored two goals in this match.

Tottenham hosted Pacos de Ferreira in the second leg of the Europa Conference League at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Friday (27/8/2021) early morning hrs. The Lilywhites won by a landslide score of 3-0.

Harry Kane has started for the first time this season. The Tottenham captain immediately made an impact by bringing his team ahead quickly in the eighth minute.

Starting from Harry Winks who released a breakthrough bait to Bryan Gil. Gil then released a pull pass which was completed by Kane.

Kane again listed his name on the scoreboard in the 34th minute. He grabbed a wild ball in the penalty box to break into Pacos de Ferreira’s goal.

Tottenham added a goal in the 70th minute. Giovani Lo Celso’s free-kick from the right veered into the net after hitting Pacos defender Antunes, who was trying to clear the ball with a header. This goal was later declared an own goal.

With this result, Tottenham Hotspur have the right to qualify for the Europa Conference League group phase with an aggregate of 3-1. Tottenham had lost 0-1 in the first leg at home to Pacos de Ferreira last week.
