Ladies and gentlemen,
We will play badminton for two hours.
Badminton courts are (N: 2 & 3 ). They are booked from 7pm to 9pm.
Registration (RSVPs) opens as of 12:15 on each Saturday (6 days before).
Meeting point is directly next court N:2 in Hall 1. Ask the reception desk if you don’t find easily your way to court N:2

A) PAYEMENT MEASURES
• Payement is ONLY by bank transfer (No cash).
• Please transfer your 7€/player/event to:

• If your payement is not received within the 24h from your reservation, you will be removed from the main list.
• Sorry, we don’t refund any payement even if you cancel your spot before the event, except if the event is canceled.
B) EVENT’S MEASURES
• Respect 1,5m social distancing
• Please foresee your hand sanitizer
• Please bring your shuttles (to clean and disinfect after each match)
• Players can wear a mask (highly recommended to protect yourself with a mask)
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (@18h45) so we can greet each other properly and setup the courts
• Play only on the courts reserved to our group ( we have always court N: 1 & 2)
