Jean Todt and the Schumacher family have been a familiar unit for decades. As team boss at Ferrari, Todt celebrated a total of five world titles with Michael Schumacher. In the meantime, the 75-year-old President of the Fia World Federation observes Mick Schumacher on the racetrack. He finds words of praise for the world champion’s son.
Even eight years after Schumacher’s fateful skiing accident, Todt is one of the few who is allowed to visit the now 52-year-old in his home in Switzerland. In the interview, Todt talks about the current state of health of his former companion and the special role that his wife Corinna plays. “She’s a great woman and runs the family,” said Todt.
