Atlético Nacional beat Águilas Doradas 1-0 for the seventh date in League II-2021, the purslane did not have their most brilliant game, but they found the goal through Yeison Guzmán averaging the second half. Those led by Alejandro Restrepo dominate the championship and reached Millonarios in the reclassification.

The first minutes were dynamic with a round trip. Within a minute, Juan Camilo Salazar had the first, but his shot was faulty. Nacional reacted, but it was not precise in the pair of approaches that it had generated in five minutes of play.

On minute 15, Nacional approached with a shot by Yeison Guzmán that goalkeeper Juan David Valencia controlled. Águilas reacted and almost scored after taking advantage of an oversight in defense by Geisson Perea. Three minutes later, Jefferson Duque with a head, again put the golden defense in trouble.

The game fell in rhythm and concentrated in the center of the field. Both teams were unclear on the attacking front and inaccurate passes took center stage. At minute 34 and after an error by the visitor, Jarlan Barrera had the clearest for Nacional, but the samario sent the ball over the north goal.

The last minutes of the first half were for Nacional, who was approaching the Águilas goal, with more desire than precision. Those from Rionegro also did not find fluidity in their game and did not take advantage of the carelessness that the local generated with their way of playing.

In the complementary stage, Nacional came out with renewed spirits like Águilas. The game reopened and became more dynamic. At minute 9, Bryan Rovira was armed on an opponent and the referee Andrés Rojas only took him the yellow card.

On the 12th minute, Nacional had the first through Yeison Guzmán, but failed to finish on goal comfortably. In the counterattack, Águilas through Juan Camilo Salazar from outside the area approached the area, but the ball was deflected.

With the entry of Álvaro Angulo at minute 17, Águilas again took center stage in the game and the game rose again in intensity. Nacional attacked in bands, while the visit found its best weapon in the counterattack. There was a lot of desire, but little force. At minute 22, a cross by Danovis Banguero ended in a header by Jefferson Duque, but the ball hit the right vertical of the south arc.

Nacional continued to attack and at minute 25 opened the scoring through Yeison Guzmán who took advantage of a center from the left sector of Alex Castro, the former Envigado with a head blow and despite the goalkeeper Valencia’s attempt to get it out, the ball entered for joy of the fans who arrived at the Atanasio on Monday at a complicated schedule.

After the goal, Águilas reacted and Salazar had the equalizer in minute 35, but sent the ball over the purslane goal. About minute 38, Nelson Palacio and Jonatan Álvez entered Nacional instead of Sebastián Gómez and Jefferson Duque.

Five minutes from the end, the visit was left with one player less after Sebastián Rodríguez was sent off for a strong foul on Jarlan Barrera. Aguilas continued attacking despite the man less, although with more desire than precision. Nacional recovered the ball and through medium distance shots demanded the rival goalkeeper.

Nacional had one more to score the second through Jonatan Álvez but goalkeeper Valencia deflected the Uruguayan’s shot.

On the next date, Atlético Nacional visits Alianza Petrolera, while Águilas Doradas receives Deportivo Pereira.
