Regensburg.In the end the disappointment remains. The Guggenberg legionnaires have again missed the finals of the German baseball championship. As in the past two years, the playoffs ended prematurely for coach Tomas Bison’s team. And as in the previous year, defending champion Heidenheim Heideköpfe was a tad better. After the division of victory at the Brenz, the Regensburg team lost 2: 3 on Saturday evening. On Sunday, the Upper Palatinate initially struck back with a 14: 6 victory.
