All about the Olympics: Reitz disappointed in the final

09:27 am – Cycling track: WORLD RECORD! The German team managed a time of 4: 07.307 minutes over 4000 meters and thus beat the current world record by three seconds. And that in a qualification. Brutally!

09:25 a.m. – Diving: Patrick Hausding is only in 24th position after his mistake in the third jump, so he urgently needs to improve! Wolfram is fourth after three jumps.

09:23 a.m. – cycling track: Italy got ahead of France with a time of 4: 11.66. Now the German team is starting the race. Come on, girls!

09:17 am – sailing: The medal candidates of the German sailors in the 49erFX and 49er have to wait an additional day for their final races. The decisions in the classes scheduled for Monday had to be postponed due to the lack of wind. It is expected that they will be made up for on Tuesday, but there was initially no official appointment.

9:10 a.m. – Diving: Crisis at Hausding ?! At the first attempt he has to break off, but can just stick to the board. He may run again, but due to the failed first attempt there are deductions and thus only 32.3 points. Wolfram, on the other hand, does a good jump and is currently second.

09:02 a.m. – cycling track: After qualifying in the team sprint, the qualification in the team pursuit over 4000 meters continues. Only the best four teams stay in the race for gold and silver. Franziska Brauße, Lisa Brennauer, Lisa Klein and Mieke Kröger are qualifying for the German team.

09:02 a.m. – cycling track: China can no longer intercept the German duo Hinze / Friedrich. This means that Germany is first and will face Ukraine in the next round.

8:57 am – Weightlifting: The medal decision in weightlifting for women in the class up to 87 kg (heavyweight) is now on the program. There is no German participation.

8:52 a.m. – cycling track: Top time from the German duo! Emma Hinze and Lea-Sophie Friedrich take the lead with a very strong time of 32.102 seconds.

8:47 a.m. – Diving: Martin Wolfram can fight his way through a more difficult jump in his second round. With a 73.50 and a total of 142.50 points, he is now second behind the Mexican Pacheco. Hausding is sixth.

8:40 a.m. – Diving: After a somewhat weaker second jump, Hausding has 142.00 points on the account. Enough for second place, the semi-finals can come.

08:33 clock – Basketball: The US women have avenged themselves for the defeat of the men and after intermittent problems win against France with 93:82 in the end.

8:25 am – cycling track: The German cycling sprinters Lea Sophie Friedrich, Pauline Sophie Grabosch and Emma Hinze will start the women’s team competition in just a few minutes. The Germans can put themselves in a good starting position for the first round over the preliminary run.

8:17 am – Badminton: I still owe you the badminton result. Because the outsider grabbed gold! With 21:19 and 21:15 the two Indonesians Polii / Rahayu win this final against the two seeded Chinese Chen / Jia.

8:10 a.m. – Diving: Hausding starts with a backflip with a 2 1/2 turn. The execution is successful and the scores are high. Since the difficulty was less than that of the Mexican Pacheco, he is in second place with 72 points.
