On July 17, the 5th ‘Yanbian University Beijing Alumni Day’ event was held in Beijing.
The event, which was held under the theme of ‘Working together to seek new development of the times (凝聚校友新合力 共谋时代新发)’, has been held since June 12, and various sports events such as national golf games, Beijing Alumni Association soccer games, and badminton games were held. It has been going on for over a month, promoting exchanges between Yanbian University alumni and strengthening friendships.

Yanbian University is a comprehensive university established in 1949 with the approval of the Central Northeast Office of the CCP through the efforts of pioneers who lead the Korean-Chinese and the national policy of promoting the fusion and development of ethnic minorities of the Chinese Communist Party. It is the first high school established in the ethnic area, and was selected as China’s 211 Project Key Construction University in 1996, Western Development Key Construction University in 2001, and the world’s best departmental construction university in 2017.
