Würzburg (dpa / lby) – The basketball players from s.Oliver Würzburg found what they were looking for in a new center in Bulgaria. The Chilean Nicolas Carvacho is joining the Bundesliga from Rilski Sportist Samokov, as the club announced on Friday. The 24-year-old is supposed to replace Justin Sears, who injured his knee again in rehab and will be out for months. Carvacho is “hungry, intelligent and a European player,” said coach Denis Wucherer. Manager Kresimir Loncar considers the newcomer to be a “very agile Big Man” with great commitment.
