Mark Cavendish won’t beat MerckxThe Briton dreamed of a dream final by beating the immense champion Eddy Merckx and his 34 stage victories on the last stage of the Tour by crossing the finish line on the Champs-Elysées first. Unfortunately for him, the Belgian Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) came to play spoilers for the third time in the Tour after his victory over Ventoux and the day before in Saint-Emilion.

The triple double for Pogacar

It is simply historic since at 22 years old, the Slovenian cyclist has achieved an unprecedented feat. For the first time, a runner has repeatedly won three jerseys at once.
