Toronto Blue Jays want to play at home again

The Toronto Blue Jays organization made a formal request to the Canadian government to return to play their home games at the Rogers Center.

The Blue Birds team has been the only team that has not been able to have action in their hometown since 2019 in the Major Leagues. As everyone knows, the covid 19 pandemic has prevented travel between countries from taking place.

The date that is handled within the Canadian team for his return is next July 30. But everything will depend on the satisfactory response of the local authorities.

Meanwhile, they will have to continue adding efforts to enter the postseason at Sahlen Field in Buffalo, New York. A place that has served as a second home on American soil.
