The investment fund Orkila Capital becomes a shareholder of Club Brugge and injects 20 million euros

Club Brugge announced on Friday morning the arrival of a new shareholder: the investment fund Orkila Capital, which injects 20 million euros and acquires 23.6% of the shares of the Belgian football champion club, for a total value of 30 million euros.

Grizzly Sports, la structure de Bart Verhaehge, President, Vincent Mannaert, CEO of the club, Jan Boone and Peter Vanhecke, remains the majority shareholder of the Venice of the North club with 71.89% of the shares.

Orkila Capital has been active for over fifteen years in the sports, media, entertainment and B2C markets, in Europe and the United States.
