The tennis association WTA has published the updated ranking of the best tennis players in the world on its website.
The first top tennis player in Ukraine, Elina Svitolina, kept 6th place in this ranking, reports Ukrinform.
Dayana Yastremska (46th position) moved back two positions.
Other Ukrainian tennis players are in the rating: Marta Kostyuk improved by two positions (65), Kateryna Kozlova (141) rose by 13 positions, Katarina Zavatska (144) and Lesia Tsurenko (179) moved back by 16 positions.
Anhelina Kalinina made it into the top 80 of the world qualification for the first time. She rose by 15 positions after the game for the final in the WTA tournament in Budapest.
The Australian Ashleigh Barty is still at the top of the ranking, followed by Naomi Osaka from Japan, Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus and Sofia Kenin from America.
