Prince George: England’s darling cheers for the opening goal so sweetly – William with a message to the team

All eyes on George! Before the European Championship final between England and Italy, Prince William announced his support for the “Three Lions”: “I can not really believe that this is happening. So exciting! I wish you all the best,” said the prince, who at the same time President of the English Football Association FA is, in a Twitter video published on Sunday in the direction of national coach Gareth Southgate and the English team around captain Harry Kane. “We’re all behind you, the whole country is behind you. So bring him home!”

But in the stadium, his little son stole the show from him. After the early goal to make it 1-0 for England, seven-year-old George was seen on TV next to his father cheering. Duchess Kate also cheered exuberantly about the opening goal.

William’s grandmother Queen Elizabeth (95) and Prime Minister Boris Johnson (57) had previously wished the team a lot of success. The Three Lions will play against Italy at London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday evening.
