Lottstetten: The Lottstetten Judo Club is looking for a new trainer

The chairman Egon Manz welcomed Mayor Andreas Morasch to the general assembly of the Judo Club Lottstetten and thanked him for the space in the town hall, which was made available to the association for the assembly. Manz gave an overview of the activities during the Corona period, during which judo training could take place under Corona hygiene names with interruptions. Since the distance rules in the dojo could not be adhered to (room too small), the community of Lottstetten also helped out here and made the gymnastics room below the elementary school available to the association for training. The association writes this in a message.

Search for a coach without success

Manz informed that the search for another trainer had so far been unsuccessful. He presented this topic at a circle meeting, with the request for coaching help. This request could not be fulfilled. Coach Bernt Petersen has since resigned from his position. However, if interested, he would like to offer the training for the young people until August to say goodbye to the group.

The groups

Bernt Petersen said that the youth group would no longer exist. The reasons lie in changing schools or starting a degree. It was gratifying that twelve children from the Tuesday group and children from the Thursday group showed up motivated for the first indoor training. If necessary, the group sizes and the training courses will be rearranged in autumn.

Honors

Eleonore Plappert (30 years old), Ramona Fricker (absent, 20 years) and Milan Kaiser (absent, 15 years) were honored for their longstanding membership of the association.
