Juan Sebastián Muñoz is leader of the John Deere Classic of the PGA Tour | Outside of Soccer

The Colombian Sebastián Muñoz and the American Chesson Hadley delivered a signed 63-stroke scorecard (-8) that left them at the top of the ranking of the John Deere Classic tournament, of the PGA Tour, at the completion of the first round.

The advantage of Muñoz and Hadley is a blow over the trio of players formed by the Colombian veteran Camilo Villegas, and the Americans Hank Lebioda and Chez Reavie, who delivered signed cards of 64 strokes (-7). Muñoz, who finished the second half brilliantly with five consecutive birdies, starting at the 14th hole, in addition to the four he had previously achieved, only missed the perfect round when he bogey on par 4 of the eighth.

His compatriot Andrés Romero finished with a record of 69 strokes (-2) to share the 52nd position with 22 other players who also had the same score at the end of the round.

The Brazilian Rodrigo Lee, the Chilean Mito Pereira and the Spanish Rafael Cabrera were part of the group of 27 players who delivered a signed card of 70 strokes (-1).

While the Argentine Nelson Ledesma had a record of 71 strokes (even) to occupy position 102 and the Puerto Rican Rafael Campos finished with the worst record among Latin American players by delivering a signed card of 74 (+3) that lowered him to position 135 .
