The former athlete of the national judo team for both conventional and disabled people, José Carlos Santiago Noa, is one of the many young people who supports the fight against Covid-19 in Caibarién.
José Carlos, works at the border point in the Popular Council Marcelo Salado Lastra, along with other Caibarienenses, health personnel, agents of the National Revolutionary Police, and officials of the Transportation Company, in 24-hour hours, due to to the difficult epidemiological situation that the territory is experiencing.
Their job is to investigate those who arrive at the municipality, always authorized in advance, and in the event of any illness, refer them to health facilities, to carry out the necessary tests and assess their condition.
This former judoka belongs to the Lifeguard Corps of the Cayería Norte de Caibarién, and once everything returns to normal, he will continue with the essential physical preparation in his profession.
