Centracchio bronze in judo, tenth medal in Italy

TOKYO (JAPAN) (ITALPRESS) – Maria Centracchio won the
bronze medal of the Olympic judo tournament, category -63 kg.
In the final for the podium the blue beat the Dutch Juul
Franssen. This is the tenth Italian medal at the Tokyo Olympics after four days of competition.
“The Odette Giuffrida medal gave me an incredible boost. We have a great feeling, being there for each other is an added value. There is so much of her ”declared the blue after the bronze in judo in tears. “If I believed in the medal? All the people who know me know that I have always said: the difficult thing is to get to the Olympics, then I’ll see it myself ”.
