Erling Haaland does not want to know anything about the possible transfer fees that are quoted for him. His focus is fully on Borussia Dortmund.

Borussia Dortmund’s super striker Erling Haaland has been irritated by the sums that are in the room as a possible transfer for him. “I’m a normal person. That’s a lot of money for a person. I hope there’s nothing to it,” said Haaland at the BVB training camp in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland.

Most recently it was reported that Chelsea were allegedly ready to put 175 million euros on the table for Haaland this summer. BVB made it clear several times not to plan with the 21-year-old leaving. According to reports, a release clause for the Norwegian will only take effect next summer, then for about half the money.

Haaland has “not spoken to my advisor for a month”

Haaland himself emphasized that he had not wasted any thoughts on his future during his vacation. “I haven’t spoken to my agent for a month until yesterday. This shows that I haven’t dealt with the rumors,” he said.

Instead, he is looking forward to the upcoming season, in which he will work again with his ex-coach Marco Rose. Both know each other from common times at RB Salzburg. “I believe in Marco Rose. I saw him in Salzburg. His players work and run for each other. He’s a good coach,” said Haaland.
