Amalia Fujiawati’s lawyer, Ali Nurdin said that if Bambang Pamungkas felt that his child was born to Amalia, he should be able to meet the challenge.
“Actually, if he feels it’s okay, we’ll just do a DNA test. Even though their side refuses. Hopefully the panel of judges will work optimally, with conscience,” said Amalia Fujiawati’s lawyer, Ali Nurdin, when met at his office in the Antasari area, South Jakarta.
He said the decision for DNA testing rests with the panel of judges. If they don’t find a way, even Amalia Fujiawati will go to the Indonesian National Commission for Child Protection (KPAI).
“Later, the panel of judges will decide whether it is accepted or not. However, maybe our next step will be to go to KPAI to ask for a solution to this case,” said Ali Nurdin.
Until now, according to Ali Nurdin, Amalia Fujiawati’s side has always tried to be open and transparent in this case. Even according to Ali Nurdin, Amalia will not force her to ask for a living or even inheritance rights, in order to get the recognition that her baby is Bambang Pamungkas’ son.
“We have nothing to hide, nothing is manipulated, even this struggle is for children. Even Mrs. Amalia stated that it’s okay not to ask for a living, it’s okay not to ask for inheritance rights, if you don’t want it, we don’t force it. ,” he explained.
Ali Nurdin also said that the most important thing at this time was that Amalia wanted her child to be recognized by the state administration as the son of Bambang Pamungkas. Even though Bambang Pamungkas did not admit it, Amalia continued to struggle.
“What we need is that his name must be listed in the administrative letter, his son is sorry for his son. There is no communication at all, because maybe they insist that there is no connection between Amalia and BP,” said Ali Nurdin, Amalia Fujiawati’s lawyer.
