Algeria: Judo – Soraya Haddad appointed head of the Algerian junior girls selection

Algiers – The bronze medalist at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Soraya Haddad, has been appointed head of the Algerian selection of junior judo (girls), announced the Algerian Federation (FAJ).

The appointment of the Algerian champion, a former member of the executive board of the Algerian Olympic and Sports Committee (COA), comes less than three months before the world championships in the category, scheduled for early October in Olbia, Italy.

In anticipation of this internship, the FAJ subjected the 25 members of the national team as well as the technical and medical staff to in-depth medical examinations, under the control of the National Center for Sports Medicine (CNMS).
