The Rays increase their lead in the East

A strong start to the game allowed the Tampa Bay Rays to hold on and win 5-4 against the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday in St. Petersburg.

In the first set, the home side took a three-point lead. A double from Joey Wendle, along with singles from Manuel Margot and Kevin Kiermaier each added a point to the Rays.

Brandon Lowe hit a two-run double in the fourth round at bat to give them a five-point lead.
