The NBA announces the best teams of the 2020-21 season

The best quintets of the 2020-21 NBA season are already known. Continuing with the trickle of awards announced, now the League has revealed the 15 players who are part of any of the All-NBA Team.

The best quintet is formed by Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Kawhi Leonard (Los Angeles Clippers), Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), giving the curiosity that only two of them repeat with respect to the election of the previous year: Doncic and Antetokounmpo.

Regarding the scores themselves, the only player who has reached 500 points, or what is the same, has been unanimously chosen for the first quintet, has been Antetokounmpo. After the Greek were Nikola Jokic with 498 points and Stephen Curry with 496. The three repeated decoration, since for The Greek Freak It is his third appearance in the All-NBA First Team, while for Jokic it is the second and for Curry the fourth.

The one who continues to break precocious records is Doncic. The second best quintet was made up of Damian Lillard (Portland Trail Blazers), Chris Paul (Phoenix Suns), LeBron James (Los Angeles Lakers), Julius Randle (New York Knicks) and Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers). There are big differences between some of them. While Randle makes his debut in these struggles, LeBron extends his record to 17 total elections (13 for the first quintet, three for the second and one for the third). Nor is Paul a rookie, for whom there are already 10 choices in an All-NBA Team.

Lastly, the third best team includes Kyrie Irving (Brooklyn Nets), Bradley Beal (Washington Wizards), Jimmy Butler (Miami Heat), Paul George (Los Angeles Clippers) and Rudy Gobert (Utah Jazz). Of all of them, the escort of the capital franchise is the only newcomer.
