In men’s U13, the CD Badminton Albatros took over the entire representation of the province of Cuenca and boy did they get noticed.

In the men’s U13 doubles there was a final in the province of Cuenca, with the four Albatross; the couples were Ángel Manuel González and Marcos Romero, on the one hand, and Mateo Higueras and Samuel Rodríguez on the other, with the two couples in the semis, the championship was already assured, with the Regional Champions Mateo and Samuel, in a disputed match to three sets, being Ángel Manuel and Marcos runners-up in the Region.

In the men’s individual U13, the aforementioned players all went to the final table, and after passing the eighth, there were two Albatross duels in the quarters; On the one hand, the Club secured two players in the semifinals, but on the other, two of them would take fifth place.

We had another Albatros final, and in it Sara Checa and Adrián Asensio won the regional championship, with María Guirado and Iván de la Torre being regional runners-up.

But they had not yet finished the ascents to the podiums, since the female U17 couple formed by Gisela Alonso and Carla Cantero won the regional runner-up after a final competition in which they managed to take the match until the third set, fighting to be first to the last point.
