Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain and Russia advanced to the quarter-finals of the 2021 FIBA Women’s European Basketball Championship.
In the 2021 FIBA Women’s European Basketball Championship, the last 16 round of the tournament, in which Turkey was eliminated in the group stage, was completed with four matches.
Defeating their rivals, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain and Russia became the teams that made their mark in the round of 16.
The results are as follows:
Italy-Sweden: 46-64
Bosnia and Herzegovina – Croatia: 80-69
Spain-Montenegro: 78-51
Russia-Slovenia: 93-75
The quarter-finals will be played on Wednesday, June 23. In this round, Belarus-Sweden, France-Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia-Spain and Belgium-Russia matches will be played.
