The Olympic day intended for the general public has, for several years, been an action to mobilize around Olympic and sporting values. Over the years, this event has developed through activities offered to the greatest number of people.

So this year the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee (CDOS) du Jura wished to organize it on two different sites, Dole and Lons-le-Saunier, during the weekend of June 26 and 27, 2021.

On each of them, we can already discover and try out for free at basket-ballfencing football, golf, tennis and table tennis. And if, in Dole, there will also be the possibility of tasting therowing, the next day in Lons-le-Saunier, they are badminton, boxing, Rhythmic Gymnastics, judo / jiu jitsu, karateswimming trampoline and triathlon which will also be accessible to all.

Find practitioners

As pointed out Catherine Deodati, recently elected at the head of the departmental committee, “this event is also timely to help the clubs to find at the start of the school year a significant number of regular practitioners after the various phases of confinement encountered for several months”.

It is also an opportunity to spend with the family a moment of sympathetic relaxation and discovery of a sporting activity, to practice why not from the beginning of September.

Olympic Day, Saturday June 26 (1 p.m. to 6 p.m.) cours Saint-Mauris in Dole and Sunday June 27 (1 p.m. to 6 p.m.) at the Parc des Bains and sports halls in Lons-le-Saunier. Information: Cdos 39 at 03 84 43 17 71 or [email protected]
