As if this weren’t already great news, Sony has also announced the Summer of Football, an initiative dedicated to all FIFA 21 players on PlayStation 4. Until July 18, players have the opportunity to complete a series of challenges in the multiple FIFA 21 game modes that give you access to instant prizes plus a final competition.
O Summer of Football will consist of four consecutive weekly challenges, each with an associated prize. For each of these challenges, participants have to win a certain trophy in FIFA 21. After completing these challenges, players only have to answer one question to enter the Final Challenge and be eligible to win the grand prize (between 12 and 18 July): One PlayStation 5 set plus accessories, or one of five sets consisting of 12,000 FIFA Points and a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription.
Note that if players have already won any of these trophies before, they don’t need to do it again. In these cases, they just need to be registered in the initiative for the weekly challenge related to that trophy to be considered completed. Trophies can also be earned retroactively, meaning players who start participating in the initiative later can still qualify for the Final Challenge. Those interested in joining the Summer of Football should register through this link, and they will be able to start participating now.
In terms of prizes, everyone who completes the weekly challenges between June 11th and July 11th will receive an exclusive PSN avatar. In the Final Draw, six participants will be awarded, who will receive the following:
-Grand Prix: One PlayStation 5 + one additional DualSense + one Pulse 3D wireless headphones;
-Additional Prizes: Five sets consisting of a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription and 12,000 FIFA Points.
