It’s been three weeks since the children were able to resume the indoor judo activity. On June 9, it will be the adults’ turn to return to the dojo after eight months of outdoor activities.
The timetables for minor judokas from June 9, depending on age categories, are available on the judo club website.
For adults, the following activities are offered indoors:
Taïso (maintenance sport) for 18-50 year olds on Tuesday, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Friday, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Taïso seniors (physical and sporting activities adapted to seniors) for those over 50, Monday, from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The vicomtois judo club continues twice a week the sport outdoors with exercises based on judo jujitsu and physical preparation for teenagers and adults on Mondays, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:45 a.m. to 12 hours.
Sport for 20 €
In addition, the club is extending the “Sport for 20 € ». It is aimed at children and adults who are not licensed to the Vicomtois judo club for the 2020-2021 season and who wish to participate in the indoor and outdoor activities offered until August 31.
The price includes the license to the federation, insurance, club membership and lessons. The club accepts payment by checks, cash, holiday vouchers and ANCV sports coupons.
