It’s been 25 years since Michael Jordan marked a whole generation with Space Jam and now we are a month away from seeing the sequel with LeBron James, who stars in the second trailer of A New Legacy, a film in which the current King of the NBA shares credits with Don Cheadle and Sonequa Martin-Green.
What is Space Jam: A New Legacy about?
Searching save her son who was kidnapped for what appears to be a “super smart machine”, LeBron arrives in the land of the Looney Tunes to form a basketball team with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the rest of the iconic characters to face a series of powerful villains on the court.
With the premise of winning the game to rescue his son and prevent the Looney Tunes disappear, James must use all his resources as the best basketball player in the galaxy to fulfill his mission.

When is Space Jam 2 released?
The premiere is scheduled for the next July 16 in theaters and a month later will be available on HBO Max, Platform of streaming which arrives in Mexico on June 29 with a huge content offering, including the exclusive UEFA Champions League.
