The eviction was not to be done: the baseball stadium is back in the availability of Asd Rimini Baseball.
The Council of State, in the precautionary appeal, annulled the previous provision and, while waiting for the issue to be addressed on the merits (the hearing has yet to be fixed before the Regional Administrative Court), the Municipality must return the keys and pay legal fees.
The tug-of-war has been going on for some time and now, in view of the natural expiry of the convention, set for 2022, we hope at least for a truce.
